Q.What the hell is jailbreaking??? Is it legal?!?!

A. Jailbreaking is a program, when you connect your idevice up and download a jailbreaking program, you can run it and your idevice will jailbreak. It basically gets you an app called cydia (by saurik) which allows you to download apps not produced by itunes. Such as tweaks, custom themes, other programs, and more.

So is it illegal? Well in the U.S it is, (apple gave up), but i'm not so sure about other countries, it depends on what apps they are.

Q.Is jailbreaking free?

A.Yes, jailbreaking is free

Q. So if i needed my ipod fixed, sent it in to apple, they found out i had it jailbroken, what would they do??

A. Whaatt?? If your idevice froze or sumtin, just restore it with itunes! But yeah, if they found out alone, they would crush you, (be jailed for years) cause they can't just go over to your house and kill ya?!? But if they founded  you wondering into apple headquarters with y jailbroken device, they will seriously punish you (scary music play's)
